Boston Uncorked follows up its "Wine 101" tastings and extends this popular education-format series with our first Wine 201 learning event.

Join 40 wine "curiousseurs" as we explore 12 new-world wines from Australia in the intimate setting of Sonsie's downstairs Wine Room.

Wine 201 will take us beyond the swirling and smelling of wine in the glass where we'll discuss other aspects of wine including complexity and "terrior".

NOTE: There are no prerequisites to attending Wine 201. This is open to everyone regardless of your previous experience or knowledge of wine. This will be great for beginners and veteran tasters, alike.
