Visit the Barcelona city, taste our wines and gastronomy, enjoy the marvellous historic centre of Girona and finalize the tour in the Empordà region which is famous for its beaches, cultural and Dalí heritage, picturesque towns and villages, and stately country houses converted into luxury hotels.

This tour starting in Barcelona will take you through the catalan heritage and traditions while enjoying our local wines and gastronomy. Discover our local and unexploited wine cellars surrounded by vineyards and taste the famous "tapas" in the best Barcelona restaurants.

Day 1 Barcelona

Collection at Barcelona airport. Transport to selected hotel in the city.

Our bilingual guide will pick up you at your hotel for a 4 hours "tapas tour". Stroll the Gothic Quarter and the Bohemian Ramblas while tasting the famous tapas. The historic centre is imbued with a bohemian atmosphere. Rest of the afternoon free to walk around the eixample neighbourhood admiring architectural masterpieces such as the Sagrada Família and La Pedrera, among other wonders inherited from Antoni Gaudí and the other architects of the city’s home-grown art-nouveau movement, modernisme. Gastronomic dinner booked at the Barcelona harbour.

Day 2 Barcelona - Girona

Breakfast at hotel. Transport to selected hotel in Girona (1 hour). Our bilingual guide will pick up you at the hotel to visit the "Barri Vell" which is the name given to the historic centre of Girona. A constant reference point in the Girona skyline is the cathedral, with the widest gothic nave in Europe, which rises up beside one of the most singular of urban spaces.

Lunch in a selected restaurant and free afternoon and dinner to enjoy the city.

Day 3 Girona - Empordà - Cadaqués

Breakfast at hotel. Transport to the Empordà region for an exclusive wine tour. The Upper Ampurdan offers ideal conditions for the obtention of vines of high quality, thanks to its Mediterranean climate and the protection of the Alberes mountains. Visit two traditional wine cellars and enjoy a guided visit with wine tasting.

After then, transport to Figueres (Empordà Capital) to have a degustation menu in the Hotel Restaurante Empordà founded by Josep Mercader i Brugués in 1961. He was one of the most representative figures in Catalan cooking who left a legacy that is upheld today by his son-in-law and successor Jaume Subirós i Jordà along with the Mercader-Subirós family. After lunch, we will visit the Dalí Museum in Figueres and will travel to Cadaques. Free dinner in Cadaques and accomodation

Day 4 Cadaqués - Barcelona

Free day in Cadaques. Enjoy the beach and take one day relax in one of the most simbolic places on the Gironese Costa Brava. Its rocky coast, fringed by beautiful beaches and quiet coves, forms one of its main attractions, together with the incredible landscape offered by the Cap de Creus Natural Park. At the head of Cadaqués bay is its historic quarter, with a Mediterranean air and deep seaside flavour. The source of inspiration for internationally famous painters and artists for decades.
