Ravioli di Patate Hand-made ravioli stuffed with a potato filling flavored with fresh mint leaves, pecorino cheese, Italian parsley, onions, and garlic, served in a freshly home-made flavourful tomato sauce

Involtini di Pollo ai Funghi Porcini Chicken breast rolls stuffed with smoked bacon and cheese, slowly cooked in a porcini-mushroom and cream sauce, served with a side of "asparagi gratinati"
Il Dolce ~
Flan di Latte From an old, traditional Sardinian recipe, this delicate dessert is made from slowly cooking milk and eggs, topped with a caramel and rum sauce.
