Austin Wine-The Fredericksburg Food and Wine Fest

$20 General Admission includes the following:

Souvenir Fest wine glass.

Three Tickets for free wine samples.

6 sessions of the Grape Expectations Cooking School.

Great music, an auction and the Great Gargantuan Grape Toss.

Texas wine & Texas specialty food to sample.

Food Court.

During the festival, you’ll find a variety of entertainment, food and fun on the Marktplatz (Market Square - 100 block of West Main Street) in Downtown. The following information is provided to help answer the many questions our visitors have.

DIRECTIONS: Fredericksburg is approximately 70 - 75 miles northwest of San Antonio and southwest of Austin.

HOURS: Gates open at noon on Saturday and the fest ends at 7:00 pm.

ADMISSION: Festival admission is $20.00 per adult. Minors under 21 are $5 each. For group rate information, call 830-997-8515 or 1-866-839-3378 or email us. Admission is for the entire day. If you wish to leave the grounds and return later that same day, please be sure to have your hand stamped at the gate.

ADVANCE TICKET SALES: Download and mail in form or purchase on-line using a credit card via PayPal.

FOOD and DRINK: Food and drinks are sold on the grounds. Visitors are prohibited from bringing ice chests, beer or wine onto the festival grounds or from leaving with beer or wine.

RAIN: The Fredericksburg Food & Wine Fest continues rain or shine, and no rain dates are scheduled.

PARKING: Parking is available all around Marktplatz.

PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed on the grounds at any time. Patrons with disabilities who require assistance from a service animal are welcome.

ATM $$$: An automatic teller machine is located on the grounds, as well as at several nearby businesses and banks.
