The Raats family are specialists in the crafting of exceptional wines from the Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc varietals. They have earned a reputation internationally as a New World leader in the production of Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, including a New York Times rating as the top South African Chenin Blanc in 2007.
The six-course dinner menu is $85 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and space is limited since this event will be held in TRIO's exclusive private dining room.
