On Wednesday, May 8, 2008 at 7 p.m Beringer winemaker Laurie Hook addresses wine and food enthusiasts at a Beringer Wine Dinner. Cool River’s Wine Director Crimson Scorsonelli will beautifully pair wines with a stunning five course meal prepared by Executive Chef Adrian Corkhill, featuring Chavre Stuffed Smoked Quail with Apricot Butter and California Stugeon Caviar on Champagne Tarragon Spinach and Steak Tartare with Chili Oil, Grained Dijon with Tasted Pistachios and more.
