TRIO Thursdays - South African Wines

TRIO at Four Seasons Hotel Austin is pleased to introduce a new weekly event dedicated to the art of pairing delicious food and fine wines. Presented by "Texas' Best Sommelier" Mark Sayre, TRIO Thursdays invites food and wine lovers to explore a different varietal each week through the enjoyment of a specially selected flight of wine perfectly paired with tapas-style appetizers.

TRIO Thursdays takes place every Thursday starting at 5:30 p.m. in the restaurant’s wine bar and tasting table area. The cost is $20 per person for the food and wine combo, although each may also be ordered separately ($14 for wine flight, $6 for food pairing).
