We will explore the world of Pinot Grigio and the Germanic influence in Trentino, Whites in SOave from the Garganega grape, and run the gamut of stytles in the Veneto; from Valpolicella to Ripasso and culminating in the famous passito wines, Amarone and Recioto!! Food will be served, limited to 40ppl.
