Chef Schwenk prepares delicious delectable dishes from his popular restaurant featuring a showdown of East Coast vs. West Coast Oysters with a variety of sauces, Maine Crab Salad with green apple and grapefruit vinaigrette, Seared Salmon over corn and blue crab risotto with sweet tomato onion broth, arugula and parmesan salad. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Atlanta Beverage, Bella Cucina Artful Foods, Cabot Cheese and Via Elisa Authentic Fresh Pasta.
