Atlanta Wine-Simple Abundance Cooking Class: Prime Time Sushi III (hands-on)

It was so much fun we had to bring it back! Tonight, roll up your sleeves and try your hand (literally) at making sushi. Chef Atwood will guide you through preparing your own Sunomono with cucumber, radish, octopus, shrimp, seaweed and ponzu; Yuzu Kampachi with crisp sesame wontons, and Prime Special Roll with snow crab, cucumber, eel and smoked salmon. He’ll also take some time to explain and answer the oft asked question: how do you make sushi rice? Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Atlanta Beverage, Bella Cucina Artful Foods, Cabot Cheese and Via Elisa Authentic Fresh Pasta.
