April 12 – Asian Pacific Rim “Small Plates” Dinner with Wines from Around the World
Asian Pacific Rim Style features the best of all the cuisines from around the Western Rim of the Pacific starting at Korea and Japan in the North and moving South to the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and the Atolls of the South Pacific. We have poured through some interesting recipes to come up with this evening’s “small plates” dining experience. The wines should be exciting as well. Dinner is $95.00 per person plus tax and gratuity.
