Champagne!!!

Everyone loves bubbles and when they are induced in wine, we love them even more. We will be tasting through six (or more if you are lucky or Kevin is feeling frisky) different sparkling wines. You see, technically it is only Champagne if it comes from that region and while they are the best IMHO, there are others from all over the world that are also very tasty and much more affordable. I hope you decide to join us and kick off the long weekend early. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
