Join us at The Chop House for exquisite passed hors devours and a casual tasting of 7 extraordinary reds from Clarendon Hills. Clarendon Hills produces Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. All single vineyard, single varietal wines. All are produced from low yielding, dry grown old vines which are hand pruned, hand picked, and aged in Burgundian barriques. Every wine in the tasting was rated 92-95 points by Robert Parker. These wines are very limited and will be available for purchase. They are quite simply some of the best wines Australia has to offer.
