Session: 9/15 and 9/22 7:00-9:00pm, ( $225/course ) Learn the fundamentals of food and wine through eating and drinking. This course will allow you to sample eight wines both old and new world, red and white, and to discover the breadth and characteristics of grape varietals. You will learn how to maneuver your way through a wine list with ease. You will also begin to understand the 'rules' of food and wine pairing to ensure that your clients are left in awe at upcoming business dinners. Priceless knowledge! This unique hands-on wine course will give an opportunity to learn about wines in a whole new light, as well as sampling an array of delicious dishes that we will pair with the evenings' varietals.
