We love food! We love wine! And boy, during the summer, we love our grills and a good steak! Enjoy this edible adventure as you are guided by a professional chef thru traditional steakhouse recipes and three red wine pairs made in heaven: Bifsteak Florentine, Creamed Spinach, Red Onion Marmalade, and Wild Mushroom Ragout.


This unique food and wine class will give you an the opportunity to experience unique wines, learn basic recipes, and have the fun of 'working' and grilling in a professional kitchen!
