Well, you have all asked for it, and so here you go…..Jeff McCarty with Alliance Beverage will be teaching Wine 101. This will be the first of many classes to come. Since this is the first class it will be less structured than the rest, there will be wine to taste along with a food pairing and the wine will be presented in a wine class scenario. Jeff will go over the basic layout for the class as we will discuss the tentative syllabus for the remaining block of classes. The regular classes will begin in August.
