Vineyards. He will be pouring the following wines:
2004 Frias Family Spring Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
2005 Napa Valley Red Wine.
2006 Napa Valley Rose.
2006 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
In addition to the Frias Tasting, three Half Moon Bay retailers are joining
forces to host a Food Festival Saturday, July 19th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m. in the courtyard of La Piazza in downtown Half Moon Bay.
Toque Blanche and Half Moon Bay Wine and Cheese have invited some of their
favorite gourmet food producers to present and discuss their creations. All are
regional artisans who will provide tastings of their specialties, including
chocolates, syrups, salamis, vinegars, olive oils and much more.
In addition, Master Baker and Chef Thomas Grauke of Moonside Bakery will
demonstrate how to make Napoleon Puff Pastry filled with a Diplomat Cream and
fresh Strawberries, discuss the history of the French cream-filled pastry and
provide samples.
