Event Details

At tonight's event, we'll taste wines imported by one of the top Spanish importers, Olé Imports and we'll be guided by their resident Spanish wine expert, Juan Carlos Rodriguez. Chef David has created a special menu for this event and Juan Carlos has matched the courses with some superb wines. Bistro Basque has limited seating so we anticipate a sell-out.

Our menu: Appetizers accompanied by Casteller Cava & Oro de Casitilla '07 Verdejo Rueda/ 1st course: piquillos rellenos; wine- Paza de Galegos '07 Albariño Rias Baixas/2nd course: chiperones;wine-Valleclaro '07 Prieto Picudo Valles de Benavente/ 3rd course: scallops in sherry sauce; wine-Dignus '04 Tempranillo Navarra/ 4th course: Dorada al ajo; wine- JC Vizcarra '05 Tempranillo Ribera del Duero/ 5th course: rack of lamb con ratatouille; wine-Libranza '04 Tempranillo Toro/ cheese course; wine-Bellum '05 Yecla
