| Bistro One End of Summer Wine Dinner with Baroness Wines September 16th, 2008
Denver, CO – Bistro One is happy to announce the first of many wine dinners featuring the culinary styling’s of Chef Olav Peterson, and Sous Chef Travis Lorton. This dinner will feature wines spanning the globe from Italy to Oregon, and will be narrated by sommelier Eric Butenhoff from Baroness wines. The four course meal will include insightful and educative information on the culinary design and execution of seasonal menu items, in addition to information on the vineyards and regions that these amazing wines were selected from.
