Most of our classes don\\\\\\\'t end with a test. This one does. Pass it and you become a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), a professionally-recognized symbol of achievement. This class, limited to 20 people, is intended for:

• Enthusiastic consumers
• Wine writers and publishers
• Restaurateurs and hoteliers
• Wine importers, distributors and retailers
• Culinary school faculty/staff/students
• Public relations professionals/marketers within the wine & culinary fields
• Wine & food associations

Note: If you work in the food/beverage industry you may qualify for a trade discount.

This is a six-week class, held in Birmingham. All classes are 3p-6p on Sundays: 7/13, 7/20, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24, followed by an exam on September 7.
