Wine is complex, both in taste and wine labels. Many often don't know what to shop for at the store and buy wines based on advertising or 'cute' labels. This isn't 'wrong' but wine has so much to offer once you break through some of the mystery! Our Sommeliers will help break down these mysteries from grape to glass. In this course you will learn the history of viticulture, how to taste wine and identify what your preferences are, and we'll share details, and wines, from many of the top producing countries globally. We'll also address food and wine pairing.

By the end of the class, you will have a good grasp of wine and you'll be able to put it to the test during your next visit to the wine shop or restaurant! This is a great course for enthusiasts or service staff that want to elevate their wine knowledge without a certification.
