  • Must purchase tickets in one transaction to be seated together

Amuse Bouche: Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus with balsamic cream

Paired with Pago del Vicario Blanco Tempranillo from Spain


First Course: Cream of artichoke and leek soup with chives, crouton crumbles

Paired with Drathen Mosel Riesling from Germany


Second Course: Braised honey butter glazed spring carrots with toasted pistachios and creme fraiche

Paired with Row 503 Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley Oregon


Third Course: Pork and sweet pepper skewers with pea puree and basil oil

Paired with Pampa Reserve Malbec from Argentina


Dessert: Strawberries with champagne sabayon and lemon sugar cookie

Paired with Dacastello Prosecco Rose Millesimato Extra Dry from Italy


About the Chef:

Jean Reising is a passionate, food-obsessed chef. Professionally trained, she has been cooking for nearly 20 years, and truly believes that good food can bring tremendous joy and happiness. She owns La Shef, a personal chef service in the Oswego area that provides personal chef services, small catering, cooking classes, and meal delivery.
