In this class, you will learn how to calibrate your palate so you can identify wine's 5 structural elements: acidity, tannins, alcohol, residual sugar, and oak.

• 3 Tasting pours of wines that showcase these elements.

What you will learn:

• Wine’s different structural components;
• How to identify levels of acidity, alcohol, residual sugar, oak, and tannin;
• How to describe what you’re tasting and your wine preferences.

Age Requirements: 21 and older

Class runs approximately 75 minutes. Kiki & snacks to follow. We have the event space until 3:30pm. Both vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.
